Can you set reminders to follow up jobs after they're completed?
Yes. With the Recurring Jobs & Reminders add-on, you can apply a follow-up "badge" before job Completion, to follow it up in 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
Can you schedule jobs to more than one staff member?
Yes. A job can be scheduled to more than one staff member — simply schedule the job again as needed.
How does location tracking of staff work in 企鹅电竞?
Live team member locations can be seen in the App & Online Dashboard. You cannot track where staff members have been in the past.
Can 企鹅电竞 help with estimating job profit?
Yes. The Job Costing add-on (available on the Premium plan and above) can provide a quick estimated profitability of a job you're quoting.
Can you attach emails to jobs in 企鹅电竞?
You can send emails to clients straight from a job card in 企鹅电竞, and replies will arrive in the job's Diary. Separate emails can also be forwarded into your account and attached to jobs via the Email Inbox add-on.
Can you attach files to jobs in 企鹅电竞?
Yes. You can drag-and-drop files into a job card Online, or Share files on your Apple device to a 企鹅电竞 job.
Can you draw diagrams & annotate photos with 企鹅电竞?
Yes. You can create a Shortcut to the Apple 'Markup' app to annotate photos taken through the 企鹅电竞 app. The iPad version of the app also includes the ability to draw & save diagrams against a job.

Can I import previous job data from a spreadsheet or other job management system?
No. We believe it's best to store your pre-企鹅电竞 job history somewhere safe for reference, and have a clean start in your new 企鹅电竞 account.
How do staff get access to help trial 企鹅电竞?
Staff logins are created and managed through the main 企鹅电竞 account (i.e. staff do not create their own 企鹅电竞 accounts). To add staff logins, in your Online Dashboard, go to Settings > Staff > Add Staff.
Can you create and schedule jobs in the 企鹅电竞 app?
Yes. You can create standard jobs and schedule them in the app. Recurring jobs can only be created in the Online Dashboard.
Can a business be run only from the app?
On a day-to-day basis, you can manage job creation, scheduling, quoting, invoicing & payments through the app, on the go. However, some features are only available online, and you will need to log into the Online Dashboard occasionally to manage account settings & other matters.
Who owns the account data?
Can I cancel my account anytime?
Yes. If 企鹅电竞 isn't right for you, the Account Owner can cancel the account through their account management settings.
Do I need to enter a credit card to trial 企鹅电竞?
No. You'll have 14 days to trial 企鹅电竞 free before you need to choose a plan and supply credit card details.
What’s the difference between the Starter, Growing, Premium & Premium Plus plans?
Each plan has a different number of monthly Job and SMS (text) credits, and different "add-ons". Check out the

How do we choose the right plan?
Check out the differences in plans on our
page. Consider how many jobs you usually do in a month, and the 企鹅电竞 add-ons you need. You can always upgrade or downgrade between plans later.
How do the job credits work?
A job credit is consumed any time you create a new job in 企鹅电竞, whether it starts as a Quote or Work Order. If you update a job's status from Quote to Work Order, it still only counts as one job credit.
Why does each 企鹅电竞 plan come with SMS (text) credits?
Great client communication is important, so 企鹅电竞 comes with the ability to text clients about their jobs, through both the App & the Online Dashboard.
Do the monthly credits expire?
Yes. Unused job & SMS credits will expire at the end of each month.
Does the number of staff logins affect the price?
No. Each 企鹅电竞 plan is a single monthly price for your business. You can create as many staff logins as needed.
